During the first two weeks of every semester, as well as during priority registration, counselors are only able to create one semester educational plans so that they can focus on the immediate needs of students wishing to enroll in courses for the upcoming semester.
Appointments
Appointments are scheduled for 45 minutes and allow for more discussion around goal-setting and comprehensive education plan building.
Appointments may not be available starting OCTOBER 31st, 2024. If there are no appointments available, please explore our drop-in options.

Express Drop-Ins
Express Drop-ins are provided on a first-come, first-serve basis, and are limited to approximately 10-20 minutes. It's most suitable for questions that have a quick answer. During express drop-ins, counselors can assist you in developing a one semester plan only. For a longer education plan, make an appointment.
In-person Express Drop-Ins are available at the Santa Rosa and Petaluma Counseling offices, please sign up at the front desk. You must have a SRJC ID# to speak with a Counselor.

If you are brand new to the college, come talk to a counselor to get your journey started! Make sure to have applied as a SRJC student first to get your student ID number. For help applying, contact the Welcome and Connect Center.
