Questions Appropriate for Ask a Counselor

Ask a Counselor is an email service that allows you to submit a quick question for a Counselor to answer. A response can take up to 24-48 business hours. If you have a more immediate need, please contact the Counseling office at either (707) 527-4451 (Santa Rosa Campus) or (707) 778-3914 (Petaluma Campus). A Counselor on either campus can serve you.

Live Video Online Counseling

      Description of Service

Services Appropriate for Live Video Online Counseling

Live Video Online Counseling is a way for you to schedule a "live" video appointment with a Santa Rosa Junior College Counselor to develop education plans, discuss major options, look over your transfer credit evaluation request, etc. This is a 30-minute appointment, and requires you to have access to a webcam, speakers, internet access and microphone.

Phone Appointment

      Description of Service

Questions Appropriate for Phone Appointments

Phone Appointment If you don't have access to a computer, and are located out of the area, you can call the Counseling office and ask to have either a phone appointment or be put on the drop-in life and a Counselor will call you back when your name reaches the top of the list. If your schedule a drop-in, you must be available for a call back. You can call either the Santa Rosa (707) 527-4451 or Petaluma (707) 778-3914 campus for a phone appointment regardless of which campus you have taken classes on.
